Who handles your data
The controller is Martin Valovič, sole trader, registered in Slovakia (trade register of the District Office Malacky no. 120-31700, IČO 57928487), Krátka ulica 353/2, 900 51 Zohor, Slovakia. For anything about your data, email martin@flowstrata.com.
What we hold and where it comes from
When you fill in the form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your trade and a link to your Google profile or your business name and town.
When you book a call: your name, contact details and the time you picked.
When we ring you first: your business name, phone number, trade and details from your public Google profile, such as your rating and number of reviews. That information is public and that's where we took it from.
During a call: with your permission we record the call, turn the recording into text and make short notes from it.
Why we use it
To build your website preview, call you and talk about working together. That's a step towards a contract you asked for.
When we contact a business first, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering our service. You can object at any time and we'll stop contacting you.
We only record a call with your permission, so we don't miss details. If you say no, we delete the recording straight after the call.
Who else sees it
We use providers the service can't run without: a customer and booking system, web hosting, email delivery and AI tools that transcribe and summarise calls. Some of them are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. Where a provider isn't covered, standard contractual clauses apply.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Form, booking and call data for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Clients' data stays for as long as we work together. Invoices stay for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or take a copy. You can object to how we use it and withdraw permission to record calls at any time. Just email martin@flowstrata.com.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and technical data
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The booking calendar on the page may store technical data it needs to make the booking.
Our web host logs technical data such as IP addresses for security.
